Vencore Design Co. is a Design & Build and Project Delivery firm delivering end-to-end interior fit-outs, turnkey execution, and built-space solutions across residential, commercial, and lifestyle environments. The practice is rooted in a legacy established by the late Shri Kancha Laxmaiah Mudiraj since the 1970s, and matured through KLM Homes Pvt Ltd (founded 2003) and Surya Devara Infrastructures Pvt Ltd (founded 2018, formerly Aditi Housing and Constructions Pvt Ltd).
Led by Shri Venkatesh Kancha and Shri Venugopal Kancha as Founders & Managing Directors, the same stewardship pairs design-led execution with procurement mastery and white-glove handovers across Hyderabad's growth corridors.
